Classic Vanilla: A simple and classic flavour -sweet vanilla cake with scrummy vanilla buttercream filling.
Sweet potato, white chocolate & chilli: Don’t worry! there’s no way this can will blow your hat off. It’s sweet, rich and honestly my absolute fav! A sweet potato and chilli cake with gorgeous white chocolate buttercream.
Chocolate: For the ultimate cocoa indulgence. A rich chocolate, super fluffy cake with chocolatey buttercream filling that also has chocolate chunks.
Lemon Drizzle: A tangy, sweet lemon sponge with lemon drizzle and lemon icing.
Mango & Coconut: A beautifully soft coconut sponge with a hint of lime and some desiccated coconut. Filled with coconut cream buttercream with chunks of mango jelly and mango coulis.
Custard Cream: An utterly creamy cake. A vanilla cake with custard buttercream and crushed handmade custard creams.
Classic Victoria Sponge: It's a classic. A soft vanilla sponge with sweet vanilla buttercream and tangy strawberry jam.
Chocolate Orange: A rich chocolate sponge with chocolate orange icing and optional Terry's orange wedges.
Raspberry & White Chocolate: A lovely raspberry and white chocolate sponge with white chocolate buttercream.
Cookies & Cream: An indulgent chocolate cake with sweet vanilla buttercream with cookies crushed through it.
Sticky Toffee: A super delicious, date-free cake with a delightful toffee sauce for melt in the mouth wonderfulness.
Carrot & Orange: A tasty slightly spicy and sweet yet delicate classic. This is a nut-free recipe.
