They all contain soya flour and sometimes oats. These are generally fine if you need to follow a coeliac safe diet but oats can sometimes give people following a low FODMAP diet adverse reactions. So as a low FODMAP focussed bakery that wants to support allergen friendly baking to ensure no one is left out, we have created our own with no common allergens. Soya is an incredibly difficult allergen to avoid even though it can cause anaphylactic shock.
