Whilst we can make most of our items gluten and dairy free, we are working with a small kitchen. Everything follows a strict protocol of cleaning twice before I use anything (kitchen, utensils etc) and all washed and dried with separate paper towels/ cleaning equipment. Until we are able to expand, we won't be able to be able to 100% guarantee free from.
