If I pre-order what date will they arrive?
You can pre-order from now and unless you state when you order they will be made for delivery either delivered locally in person (depending on what you order) or posted out in time for Halloween via 48 hour tracked Royal Mail.
Delivery Info
We have a small delivery fee to help cover postage for now before we are able to offer collection (coming soon hopefully).
If it is a local delivery only product for things such as mini cupcakes and those we cannot trust to be transported safely we ask a small £1.50 to cover our time and fuel costs across EH postcodes.
Allergies and Important Things
We care about every bake and indeed every single item is handmade so it may look a bit different from the picture loaded onto the website. As for allergies and intolerances. We have a converted space for now that we have never used gluten, nuts or soya (both whole and lecithins) within. We do however use dairy, products containing lactose and eggs. We have different equipment specifically for products needing to be dairy free and/or egg free too so as to limit the risk as much as we possibly can.
Can I specify a different window for delivery
Yes you can! there should be a wee comment section or specific date box you can. This will come through to us but to make sure we ask that you mention it in a comment for the order too which is available either at the order page or during the checkout process. Otherwise all orders will be posted in time to arrive with 48 hours tracked for Halloween. As we post with Royal Mail, we do it via the tracked service and you should receive your tracking number when we process through the website for postal. Although we take the utmost care, sometimes labels get ignored and things don't arrive to you as they were sent.
